The electric power and fuel industries are the components of the energy complex – the engines for the development of civilization. Energy production is linearly dependent on the timely supply of raw materials. It is obvious that the solution to the problem of eliminating the suspended raw materials when transporting and storing is obvious, that is successfully handled by the magnetic-impulse systems of collapsing of our production.

According to the International Energy Agency, the demand for electricity will grow by 80% by 2050, and the increase in generation will be the driving force for the entire world economy, whose development is possible with the constant improvement of energy technologies, reduction of losses while producing energy.

The main objects of the fuel and energy complex to be equipped with IM installations include the following:

  • receiving hoppers;
  • dosage hoppers;
  • service hoppers;
  • dust hoppers;
  • storage silos;
  • cyclones;
  • dust collecting towers;
  • installations of a fluidized bed;
  • chutes and pipe chutes;
  • railcar dumpers;
  • other objects, see the list of implementations.

We suggest you to refer to the feedback on the experience of operating the IM installations at this enterprise.

Equipment of the battery cyclone hopper with wood chips ash of the flue gas cleaning system of the Smelaenergopromtrans steam boiler:

The use of installations IM in the technological process of generating electricity by burning bulk fossil fuel (peat, slates, brown and hard coals, etc.) simultaneously solves several problems, namely:

  • reduction of downtime of production lines due to the timely supply of raw materials provides improved performance indicators;
  • increasing the level of labor safety and production in general. For example, detonation of dust in a pulverizing device is excluded, where, due to sticking in hoppers and chutes of coal, temporary interruptions in the supply of coal to a working mill occur, where coal dust is over-grinded and overdried, which can lead to a sharp increase in the temperature of the dust-air flow and further detonation;
  • improvement of environmental indicators of production. Cleaning of dust-collecting cyclones, as well as hoppers under bag and electric precipitators improves the process of dust and gas cleaning. It is possible to use installations IM for the regeneration of hoses of bag filters and electrodes of electric precipitators;
  • operation of equipment with a cheap cost of ownership for a period of 10 years or more – the service life of magnetic-impulse installations IM according to technical specifications is at least 10 years. Long-standing practice in the operation of installations IM shows they serve much longer. There is more than 25 years of experience in operating IM installations. At the same time, maintenance costs are practically zero, limited only by a scheduled inspection of equipment.

The main advantages of magnetic-impulse installations IM are given here.

Your orders are always welcome!

Magnetic-impulse installations IM:

  • ensure a sustainable release of material from equipped hoppers;
  • clean the walls of hoppers from adhered material;
  • provide efficient filter regeneration;
  • operation in an energy-saving mode, operating costs are minimal;
  • basically do not require reconstruction of hoppers when equipping them;
  • do not violate the integrity of the walls of the hoppers;
  • compatible with strain gauge systems for controlling the weight of material in hoppers;
  • comply with the requirements of the Directives and harmonized technical regulation of the European Union on electrical safety and electromagnetic compatibility;
  • applicable in hazardous areas of class 22, hazardous by ignition of combustible dust in accordance with the ATEX Directive;
  • easily integrated into modern automated process control systems;
  • reliable and durable (according to technical conditions – 10 years, in practice, some installations have already been in operation for more than 25 years).
