RPE “MITEK” LLC is capable of performing the whole range of works when equipping objects with magnetic-impulse installations IM:
- development of design solutions and design documentation;
- manufacturing and delivery of IM installations;
- recommendations on the reconstruction of objects in order to prepare them for equipping with IM installations;
- mounting (сontract supervision) of IM installations at the objects to be equipped, including erection of the power unit, control box, connection boxes, executive mechanisms, laying of cable routes;
- commissioning of IM installations;
- warranty and post-warranty (service) maintenance of the implemented IM installations.
Under agreement with the Customer, RPE “MITEK” LLC can equip objects on a turnkey basis, or perform individual works from the above mentioned list.
In order to start a dialogue, we ask you to provide drawings, diagrams, photographs of objects that require elimination and prevention of hanging, sticking, freezing of bulk materials. We also kindly ask you to fill out the questionnaire in printed form (download the questionnaire).
We draw your attention to the fact that it is possible to equip several locally located objects with one magnetic-pulse installation IM, which is more rational from an economic point of view.
If a decision is made on the possibility and feasibility of a magnetic-impulse system use at your production facilities, after analyzing the data provided, then a technical solution will be developed to equip specified objects with our equipment, and a detailed technical and commercial proposal will be forwarded to you.

Prices depend on the volume of the order. The amount of costs for customs clearance and delivery is included in the cost of each separate unit of components, therefore, with an increase in the number of ordered components, the price of each unit decreases.
RPE “MITEK” LLC provides services for warranty and post-warranty maintenance of IM installations.
The list of service works may include:
- regular implementation of a complex of preventive works on the maintenance of implemented equipment;
- support of installations IM in operational condition – prompt fulfilment of repair and adjustment works in case of malfunctions;
- replacement of collapsed parts and elements of IM installations.
